President of MLS, Simon Readhead KC, chaired Inspire Medilaw’s Annual Medico-Legal Conference held on 1 December 2023 at the Examination Schools Oxford. The conference spanned topics of interest for doctors doing medico legal work including Panel discussions on report writing, Conferences with Counsel, How to Survive an Inquest, Analysis of Material Contribution, Consent update, NHS Resolution update and the Business of running a medico-legal practice. It was an absolutely excellent day and the Medico-Legal Society manned a stand attracting much interest and new members.
